Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer returns under certain conditions to ensure your shopping experience is pleasant and convenient.

1. Return eligibility
To be eligible for a return, please make sure the following conditions are met:
- The item has quality issues or is damaged.
- The model or specification of the product does not match the model or specification you ordered.
- Return requests must be made within 7 working days of receipt of the item.

2. How to initiate a return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Within 7 working days of receiving your order, please contact our customer service team to indicate your intention to return the product.
- Provide your order number, product details and reason for return.
- Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and may ask you to provide supporting documentation, such as photos or videos, to prove there is an issue with the product. 

3. Return shipping and fees
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to quality issues or damage to the item, or the correct item model or specification was not received.

4. Refund process
Once we receive the returned item and verify its return eligibility, we will initiate a refund. Refunds will be made back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Refunds will take approximately 5 to 8 working days and will be credited to your account.

5. Exchange policy
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color or style, we kindly ask that you return the unwanted item and reorder the desired item.

7. Other matters needing attention
If your refund request is rejected, we will explain the reason for the rejection and provide relevant solutions.
Please ensure that returned products are in original condition and packaged properly to avoid damage during the return process.
